Declan has over 13 years post graduate experience within the built environment (construction industry). He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Technology & Project Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management & Business Strategy.
Declan has worked in a number of key roles in his professional career. Certification & Inspection Officer with the Irish Agrément Board (certification of innovative construction products) where he travelled the world assessing innovative building products fit for their intended use in Ireland. He specialised in building systems and external cladding systems.
Declan then joined Fusion Building Systems as their Development Manger in 2003. He was responsible for the product development of their LGS (LIGHT GAUGE STEEL) Building System and developing new markets for their product.
In 2007 Declan was appointed Technical Director of the Fleming Group, parent company of Fusion Building Systems. Declan’s role was to form a department within the group to focus solely on product development and technical support to three main companies; Fusion Building Systems, Vision Modular Structures and Fleming Construction UK & Ireland.
Declan is recognised as one of the leading Building Technologists in Ireland. He is regularly invited to give technical talks at construction conferences across Europe and is a member of several industry and Government working groups in both England and Ireland.

Kelvin has worked for Consulting Engineers and in the Off-site Manufacturing Industry for over 20 years. He is experienced in all aspects of construction and structural design of buildings as well as design for fire, thermal, acoustics and building physics. Kelvin has worked in the field of off-site construction for over 9 years, specialising in LGS panellised and Steel Frame modular systems, manufactured in a factory environment. He is recognised as one of the leading Structural Engineers in light steel frame design in Ireland and is a member of an SCI working group in the UK on the Eurocode for cold formed steel design. He is also a specialist in thermal bridging and 3D thermal modelling.
Kelvin has a B.E. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand he became a UK Chartered Engineer in 2000 having spent 5 years working in the UK for Consulting Engineers on marine and building projects. Kelvin moved to Ireland from the UK in 1998 and from 2001 worked for Fusion Building Systems as their Principal Structural Engineer, before moving into a full-time R&D role in 2006.
Kelvin has been jointly responsible for the certification, development and testing of the Fusion and Vision systems since their inception, together with his fellow Evolusion director Declan Wallace.

Andrew has worked in the energy and built environment sectors since 1992 and is experienced in energy consulting for the public, domestic and industrial sectors, as well as having worked in the academic sectors in the UK, Japan and Ireland.
Previous projects undertaken include energy surveys, energy audits, technical research, product development of energy efficient HVAC equipment, project management of European funded energy projects, renewable energy market development, renewables feasibility, monitoring and targeting programmes, EU ETS verification, carbon foot printing, energy rating, dynamic thermal modelling, training programmes and software development.
Academic track record includes a BSc in Building Surveying and an MSc in "Energy and the Built Environment". Andrew completed a PhD research programme with Satchwell Control Systems in building controls and occupant comfort. Previous employment experience includes S&P Coil Products Ltd (Product Development Engineer), Mouchel Property Services (Energy Engineer), Powergen Plc (Energy Engineer) and Kitakyushu City Council (Energy Policy). On moving to Ireland in 2002, Andrew worked as an energy engineer with the SWS Group in West Cork.
